Yarra Ranges Crime Investigation Unit are seeking the identity of a male who is said to have stole a number of tools from a car in Mooroolbark.
It is alleged the male stole tools from a utility parked on Pembroke Road, Mooroolbark at about 2.30am on 17 November. The offender placed the tools in a neighbours wheelie bin and headed off along Lawson Road.
