Police investigate Croydon ram raid



Police are investigating what is suspected to be a ram raid in Croydon that occurred early on Monday morning.

A car crashed in a shop front on Plymouth Road around 4.55am on Monday 17 January.

“It is believed the crash was an attempt to gain entry to the store and the shopfront was extensively damaged,” a police spokesperson said.

“It is not known if anything was taken and the investigation is ongoing.”
