Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Dale Russell.
The 28-year-old is wanted on warrant after failing to appear at court for driving-related offences.
Investigators have released an image of Russell in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
It is believed he may be frequenting Lilydale and Mount Evelyn.
