Thirteen-year-old Hayley has gone missing after last being seen at Ringwood Railway Station at around 11.15am on Tuesday 13 September.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to her age. She is known to frequent the Croydon, Ringwood, Lilydale and Mooroolbark areas.
