Motorists are being warned of another road closure affecting Melba Highway and the town of Yarra Glen.
The Melba Highway from Macintyre Lane, Yering to Healesville-Yarra Glen Road, Yarra Glen is now closed due to flooding.
The closure comes just eight days since it reopened from a closure that was in place for almost two weeks.
Emergency services are directing traffic and detours are in place travelling through to Maroondah Highway to Healesville.
Drivers are being urged to never drive through floodwaters.
