Popular and well known Yarra Valley restaurant Oaks on Melba has voiced its current battle with getting a permit to expand its service capacity.
Danny Zemp’s cartoon this week commented on the challenges the restaurant is facing in gaining a permit after Covid-19 restrictions eased.
